Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service.
Application refers to Assistive Audio AI, the software program provided by the Company.

Service refers to the Application.
Third-Party Providers refer to external entities that process data on the Company's behalf or provide essential services (e.g., Deepgram, AudD, Firebase).
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically (e.g., usage duration, diagnostic data).
You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
We may collect the following information when You create or sign in to Your Account:
Email address
Display Name (if provided via Google sign-in)
Firebase User Identifier (UID)
If You activate the sound detection service and are logged in, We store the following metadata in Your Detection History on Firebase Firestore:
Sound Labels: The specific type of sound classified by the AI (e.g., "Siren", "Fire Alarm").
Maximum Score: The confidence level for each detected sound.
Timestamps: The start time, last seen time, and creation time of the detection session.
Crucially, for the passive sound detection feature, We DO NOT record or store the raw audio data on Our servers.
Usage Data is collected automatically and may include Your device's IP address, device type, mobile operating system, and other diagnostic data.
Our Application requires the following sensitive permissions to deliver its core assistive functions. The use of these permissions is strictly limited and requires Your explicit consent upon first use.
1. Microphone Access (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO)
2. Display Over Other Apps (android.permission.SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW)
3. Camera Access (Flashlight)
We share Your data with the following Third-Party Providers to enable the functionality of the Service:
Google Firebase (Authentication & Firestore): Used for Account management, storing User Settings, and storing Detection History Metadata.
Deepgram: When You activate the "Start Transcription" feature, real-time audio is streamed to Deepgram for speech-to-text conversion, only for the duration of the transcription session.
AudD: When You activate the "Recognize Music" feature, a short audio sample is sent to AudD to identify the song.
You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data and Detection History Metadata that We have collected about You.
The Service provides You with the ability to delete Your Detection History (partial deletion of data) through two methods:
Manual Deletion: You can select and delete specific sessions or choose to delete the entire history via the options available on the History screen.
Automatic Deletion: If configured in Settings, sessions older than 30 days will be automatically deleted from the server.
You may request the deletion of Your entire account (including all associated Personal Data and history) by contacting Us directly at the email provided below.
You may also contact Us to request access, correction, or deletion of any personal information that We have provided to Us.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
